Community Development
The Community Development Committee’s purpose is to support community by building capacity through information disbursement, enhanced skills training and the development of informal and formal support systems. (Goals – increase quality of life, community awareness and overall community vigilance and involvement).
Economic Development
Make a Difference in Your Community Gain the skills needed to address the social, environmental, and economic issues in communities, towns, small cities, and urban neighborhoods. Community and economic development professionals help people build community capacity; develop sustainable communities; enhance the local economy, infrastructure, and services; and work with the community members to build shared visions of the future.
Family Development
The Family Development Committee’s purpose is to support community families by building capacity through information disbursement, enhanced skills training and the development of informal and formal support systems. (Goals – increase parent training, family networking opportunities and overall community parental activities and involvement.)
Youth Development
The Youth Development Committee’s purpose is to support community families by building capacity through information disbursement, enhanced skills training and the development of informal and formal support systems. (Goals – increase parent training, family networking opportunities and overall community parental activities and involvement.)
Education Development
Austell Community Task Force - Educational Team Group is dedicated to bringing the community and its leaders together to foster not only parent involvement but community involvement around the success of our South Cobb schools.
Justice for All
ACT's Justice For All' s initiative is to strengthen the relationship between citizens and their local Justice Department in order to ensure better security within our community.
Partnership Development

ACT Seminars and Workshops
ACT Seminars and Workshops is a partnership with regional service providers to inform and empower the community with useful information to prosper. Check the Seminar and Workshop portal often, because there will be additional workshop added often.
